Second post

It is week two of the internal business blog! Last week we launched the blog and had a total of nine comments, and the business leader participated! And, he was impressed with the comments and ideas he received around his first topic. So, whew!! I feel good.

The second post has now been published and we’ve alerted employees. We again ended the post with a call-to-action, so I’m hoping people become more involved. BUT…I’m staying calm as we all know that some posts garner a lot of traffic and some don’t – for a variety of reasons.

I’m also waiting to see what kind of data reports (number of views, etc.) I get from the web developer group. The blog was promoted in two e-newsletters last week, and I’m curious to see which one drove more traffic to the site.

This afternoon I’m off to educate the next business leader about the blog, but shall try to contain my enthusiasm in the professional setting.  😉
